CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Tiny ARTists: Parent-Tot interaction classes for children ages 18 months to 4 years old. Children in Tiny Artists classses must be accompanied by an actively participating adult. 45 minutes. 10 we
eks/$250. (Any class with fewer than 2 children will meet for 30 minutes.)
Apprentices: 3- & 4-year-olds with participating adult. 45 minutes. 10 weeks/$250. (Any class with fewer than 2 children will meet for 30 minutes.)
Master ARTists: Drop-off classes for children ages 4 to 8 years old. 1 hour. 10 weeks/$250. (Any class with fewer than 2 children enrolled will meet for 45 minutes.)
Master ARTists PLUS!: Drop-off extended class for children ages 4 to 8 years old. 1 hour 20 minutes includes time for lunch. Perfect for afternoon preschoolers and kindergartners as well as home schoolers. 10 weeks/$295.
Modern ARTists: For the older kids, ages 7-10! 1 hour. 10 weeks/$250.
Siblings Class: This is a class for families who have kids in different age groups but who wish to attend class together. Ages 18 months and up. Parent participation required. 45 minutes. 10 weeks/$250.
Drawing Workshop: Kids ages 5 to 13 can learn the basics of drawing or fine tune their skills in this workshop that focuses on the skill of creating that which we see. 1 hour. 8 weeks/$200. Begins May 6 (no class on Memorial Day).
Tiny Dancers: A Creative-Dance & ART class for children ages 3 to 6 years old. Girls and boys alike will learn how to create movement-art by learning basic forms of dance. They will also learn connections between performance-art and crafted-art, drawing inspiration from one form to create the other. Children must be potty trained to be dropped off. (Children not potty trained must have an adult remain at the studio during class.) Boys and girls should come in clothes that are easy to move it. Tutus optional! 1 hour. 10 weeks/$250 (Begins March 18)
Claim Your Class: Any class on our schedule that is not currently enrolled is available to be claimed by you! To claim your class, let us know what class you would like us to offer in that time slot (Tiny Artists, Siblings, Apprentices, Master Artists, Master Artists PLUS!, Modern Artists, Tiny Dancers). If we can make it work, we will get the class open for you within two weeks. "Claim Your Class" will work best if you and at least one friend wish to open to open the class together, however, this is not required. (Please note that all classes with fewer than 2 students will run 15 minutes shorter than standard.) To claim your class you must enroll in a full 10-week session without vouchers, gift certificates, coupons, daily deals or any other specials or discounts. (May not be claimed mid-session without next consecutive tuition prepayment.)
Drop-In ART: Two hours of Open Studio Time for children and their caregivers. $10/child. (Children under one year are free when accompanied by paying child; adults are free.) Fall through Spring. No reservation required but we suggest you text or call before you come to confirm program availabilty. Runs thru June 17.
Jump-n-ART featurning The Paintbrush at Pump It Up: Afternoon session 3-6 years, drop-off, includes lunch time, ART class, and jump time. Same great ART projects but takes place at Pump It Up, 821 W. Easman 69642 (1 block west off Halsted, between Division and North Avenue across from the British School). Reserve spots via The Paintbrush. 5 weeks/$180. Begins May 10 (no class May 17 and June 7).
Kids' Night Out: ages 5 & up. Drop your kids off for three hours of fun. ART, pizza, entertainment. It's the most fun your kid will have on a Friday night! Call or email or watch for our emails for specific dates and themes. 3 hours; drop-off. $35/child; additional sibs just $20
