Cystic Fibrosis Fundraiser at The Paintbrush |

On Friday, November 11, The Paintbrush, along with sisters Mackenzie and Anika B, hosted a very special fundraiser for Cystic Fibrosis (CF). Both girls (ages 7 and 4) have CF.
Two parties were organized and children came to learn about Pablo Picasso and make their own Picasso-inspired scarecrows. They enjoyed a snack and marched in an impromptu (and very loud!) Flamenco parade.
Everyone had a blast and we are excited to have raised $275 for Cystic Fibrosis research. ALL proceeds from this event have been sent directly to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Greater Illinois. To learn more about Cystic Fibrosis, you can visit http://www.cff.org.
If you missed the fundraiser but still wish to make a donation to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, you can do so by purchasing a Goody Bag at the front desk. (Each Goody Bag is not only filled with fun treats for your kids but there’s a coupon for The Paintbrush, too!) You win and the fight to cure CF goes on! You can also get involved by purchasing one (or more!) of the used books located at the side of the front desk in the Greeting Area. "Take a Book, Leave a Buck." A portion of the proceeds will go to the CF Foundation.
